Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Also included in this recent document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling different parts of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
